What sets People First apart? Our Community Resources Program, offered through our Affordable Housing Information and Referral Center, assists low-income persons and families in locating and qualifying for public, private sector, and subsidized housing. But we don't stop there.
Life-changing programs include youth development programs, senior programs, computer centers, and more. These community services create pathways to success that transform entire families.
Our Community Network Coalition brings together representatives from approximately 25 supportive service providers in the City of Utica and Oneida County. This collaborative approach ensures low-income families receive comprehensive support through every challenge.
