Our Roosevelt Residences development features a 50-unit, multi-family, affordable housing community within the Cornhill neighborhood in the City of Utica. As one of People First’s developments offering family, disabled, and senior housing, the development features a mix of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom options in 24 duplex or stacked flat buildings across 11 sites throughout the neighborhood.
A bonus feature of Roosevelt Residences is its brand new Resident Center, which provides event space, onsite laundry, a fitness room, and management and support services offices for tenant use.
