Chancellor Apartments is a state-funded Senior/Disabled development that features one-bedroom units. Completed in 1978, this development provides many special features and options for disabled and senior residents. The Chancellor Apartments feature a large community room with an atrium-like ceiling in the center of the building and balconies from each floor overlooking the beautiful center. Onsite laundry and elevators are available for tenant use. Another compelling feature is that this development is on a main bus route and is walkable to downtown and several popular Utica restaurants.

People First’s youngest property is our Marino-Ruggiero complex. This complex was completed in 1982 and consists of 55 one-bedroom units, providing many affordable housing options for disabled and senior residents. One of Marino-Ruggiero’s features is a community space for our residents’ enjoyment. Within this community space is a quiet screened-in veranda that leads to an outside seating area complete with a lovely pavilion for tenant use and enjoyment. We are pleased to offer our residents onsite laundry and available elevators. An additional bonus feature, Marino-Ruggiero is located on a main bus route and is in walking distance to downtown and many of Utica’s popular restaurants.

Our Perretta Twin Towers development has many affordable housing options for disabled and senior residents. The Twin Towers features 10 stories, which each include 52 one-bedroom units and two two-bedroom units. Some enticing features include an active community room complete with a kitchen and small lounge area for tenant use, onsite laundry, and elevators. Located in a prime area, this development is on a main bus route and is in walking distance to downtown and many of Utica’s local popular restaurants.

The first floor of this property also houses the People First headquarters.
