Grants

The People First Office of Grants, Programs, Compliance, and Monitoring oversees the development of grant proposals, compliance monitoring, fiscal accountability, and grant reporting. In light of reduced federal funding for our programs, we are committed to diversifying our funding and creating social enterprises to continue providing services for the residents of the City of Utica.
